Optional, although encouraged:
Settler snack for Monday could be...
-hard boiled eggs
-chunk of cheese
-dill pickle
-piece of bread or a bun
-sandwiches spread with butter and or jam
-apples or berries
-a cookie or a piece of cake
-sunflower seeds
Costume suggestions:
Boys: bib overalls, cotton or flannel button up shirts, felt hats or caps, boots, suspenders (could be made from rope), jeans or cord pants.
Girls: cotton dresses or skirts and blouses, aprons, black or white tights, a large hair bow or bonnet, petticoats, shawl, dark colored dress boots or shoes
Long hair should be braided.
